Staff/service just rude – so unprofessional- food mediocre- never again!. I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant . and in my own local neigbourhood. i had not been there for 2 years or so .. since last meal i has there was so disappointing. but i thought i would give them another chance. i used to go there years ago.But – i cannot tolerate poor service, terrible food, and rude staff.the meal was late, food was cold , wrong dishes to table , no sorry or anything FROM ANY OF STAFF – 4or 5 of them waltzed by .—- and then i hear the waitress- a young rude immature gal- talking right behind our back, INCREDIBLE!!! found out it was ABOUT US!!!!!!!! and nervy —so RUDE!!!! . Does she make the food or grow it and cook it . I should at least get what i actually ordered -not something made up in the kitchen with stuff on it not advertised on menu – The boat was missed by all here . I will never recommend this place, but i will make sure no one goes there , unless they enjoy being talked about behind their back . Cold and bad food, A VERY long wait, wrong meal brought to table- Not even a thank you, or is it ok- or is there anything else you need, etc.???THEY CANNOT EVEN DO A SALAD ?? drenched with oil and vinegar- soggy. yucchh!Hmm.. Not sure why i even left a tip. Never again! I just decided where family will not go for an upcoming birhtday . It will be across the street at OLD Orchard PUB- where food is OK – but staff is so excellent …… a pleasure !!
Horrible Service and Mediocre Food. I can tolerate half-decent food. However, when the waiter/waitress starts talking badly about a customer (infront of the customer I might add) that is when I have had enough. The waitress was outside talking badly of my table infront of 6 other tables and only stopped talking when I continued to stare at her. I had ordered an all dressed pizza and received a cheese pizza. After adivising them that I ordered all dressed they took the pizza back and sauteed some mushrooms and green peppers and through them on top. Not impressed with the food – but most of all the service was disgusting. They never asked how the food was or checked up on us to see if we were satisfied. Will not recommend this restaurant to anyone – nor will I be going back ever.
The Worse 18th Birthday Party Ever. My daughter went to celebrate her 18th birthday at Piazza Romano in Pointe-Claire Village. The restaurant was 1/2 full but staff took 1 hour to serve them with sub-standard food. Not to mention the waiter abused the fact that these are young kids and they ordered a 21$ 1/2 bottle of wine and he brought a $40 bottle of wine without consent because he thought that wasn’t enough for 6 people (2 individual were under-age) and started arguing with them when the bill came. The manager was rude and obnoxious. I wouldn’t go there again if you paid me. No wonder your restaurant is 1/2 full. I never would treat my clients like that. Shame on you for ruining someone’s birthday!
Won’t be back!. Ate there this evening with my family. The food was good however the staff are by far the rudest I have ever encountered. The manager took our tables order and instead of punching in a my fathers salmon, he punched in veal. When the meals came and the mistake was realized it took 15 minutes for them to make the salmon. By the time his food came out everyone had finished eating and we still had received no apology. At the end we asked to speak to the manager however he was too busy to speak with us, which is strange when there are only 5 tables in the restaurant. We saw the manager smoking outside afterwards while he was supposed to be so busy. On top of it the waiter was extremely rude. We definitely won’t be going back there.
Amazing. Best dishwasher I’ve ever had at a restaurant raja really did his thing. Our waiter Alex was fantastic but the other guy Sean was a shtupid. Would go back only if Alex and raja were killing it
Overpriiced, pepperoni not good, ceasar salad came small and then the one on the table next to us was much bigger!
The worse….. Our horrible dining experience began with the owner yelling at us across the parking lot, wanting to make SURE that we were going to his restaurant and not the one across the street. Not a good start. Then the bread was delivered to the table–frozen on the inside. My husband made the unfortunate choice of the Uncle Ben’s risotto. (The waiter actually asked whether he wanted white wine sauce or tomato sauce on his risotto….and had never heard of aborio!) Do NOT go to this restaurant.
