DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!. VERY DISAPPOINTING! We were told that delivery was 40 minutes maximum and received our order after 90 minutes with no apologies. Driver did not follow route instructions and decided to get lost before calling. Food came cold and tasteless with no apologies. We blew $60 and got food we couldn’t really enjoy. I didn’t get a bill so they charged me tax and probably pocketed it as well. NOT WORTH IT.
MUGHAL TANDOORI ET GRILLE. We had a gift card from Tandoori et grille, and it was lying, so we decided to go for the buffet on Friday afternoon .As the name is changed ,we asked the waitress and she told that she has signed that gift card and she will accept the gift card. The quality of food has declined, and it was very oily and nothing to my taste, came to know the restaurant was sold recently.When we went to do the payment , the waitress informs that she cannot accept the gift card as her Manager does not agree, and the manager not seen in that sight,When the restaurant was taken over by new management, they are pretty well aware that the gift cards are given to customer, and they have to redeem them.I just wanted to use my gift card, but landed up paying the bill. I argued with the waitress, but she is just an employee . I would have gone to good restaurant to my taste.Mugal tandoori et grille quality of food is bad as well as the service.Will never go there as part of a group or alone for this food.Do not take Gift card from this small restaurants, it evaporates with change in management.
New owners. This restaurant was sold recently. The food seems to have changed since then (at least some dishes), not for the better, though I believe the cook is staying (at least for now). The new owners are not as welcoming, either. I’ll give them some time.I’d love to know what the previous owner is up to!
Bad service. I go there often, and the service is getting worst, i asked for pickles, it was charged on bill 2$onions, 3.99$ the waiter didnt bother to inform me of charges. the naan was burnt (4), so i told the waiter, he just changed 1, and 3 burnt ones he put back under the new naan. i will never go there again.
Please dont order fish pakora as they go saint lawrence river to catch fish. Very dissapointed with the service. We were a group of 40 people pre booked and told our menu one week in advance. Service was worse. They brought very small quantity of every thing and we had to wait 30 minutes before next dish arrived. We had the curries but no naan. Then naan but no curry. Then they brought sweet dish but it was for three people only. All in all very bad service. Will never go there as part of a group or alone. Food is average too.
I go to this restaurant quite often. It has a nice ambiance and the food is relatively good. I do agree that on some nights when they are very busy the service is sluggish but overall if you go on a regular day or evening you will not be disappointed.
Food was ok Service was rea…. Food was okService was really slow and not great at all. We ordered juice an it never came nor did the tea. We were charged for it though . Service staff needs to follow up with customers and make sure they are happy ! Won’t be returning anytime soon
