Sad to say, but this restaurant is being damaged by its manager. The potential of its operation is real but the puzzling manager does not have the attitude to properly tap into it.He is delivering an appalling service and contaminates the whole front staff. No eye contact or client acknowledgement, absolutely zero interest to interact with the customers and make them feel welcomed, zero smile but 100% grumpy… After 30 years in the hotel and travel industry, I have never seen such an incredible bad manager. Should not show his face at the front. This is fine, some people are not made to be managers and to serve, I have no problem with this but don’t impose your presence upon paying customers (seriously!).We can imagine that this attitude negatively influences his staff, which desperately needs training and leadership.The food is average, bad (I had one of the worst burger ever). Pizzas are decent but expensive (pick up: 32 CAD something for a large all dressed).I don’t really care about this restaurant because I can go somewhere else (plenty of places) and if I fancy their decent pizza, I just pick it up and eat it home and avoid being tortured in the restaurant (hopefully he won’t be at the cashier when I will pick it up).However, I am very bitter about this situation because, the restaurant is at a prime location and you can imagine what could achieve a well managed operation. In addition, it is not at the level of the quality of Nun’s Island.I am also bitter for the paying customers and the staff who deserve better.1,5 for the pizza.

Ok place. Not foodie central at all. Have seen much worse. Staff indifferent.
Bad service. Seem not to even care about their customers. Food was bland and boring. Not worth your time.
