Call it what it is, a classic greasy spoon. And I love it. Good cheap breakfast but big portion. It looks like a little hole in the wall that I definitely walked passed a dozen times before realizing what it was, a little gem on Wellington.
I have to come all the way from kirkland to eat at this one of a kind restaurant. The trip is well worth it. I even drive double the distance to have one of their hot all dressed subs. I have been their about ten times and had most of the things on the menu. Everything is excellent from breakfast to dinner but my favorite is their subs and pizza’s. I been both before and after renevations and the place is looking sharp. Keep up the good work.
This place is great! Amazing service and delicious food. A certain warmth you can only get at a small business. I recommend this place, you get the most for your buck.

The Best Small Restaurant In Verdun. My name is Stephen & I’ve been living in BC for the last several years. Rex’s is a perfect example of the incredible food in Montreal. Great tasting, not expensive the staff are always so friendly. Rex’s is just one of the things I miss about home. I used to have breakfast there every Saturday & have the ‘Meat’ breakfast. It was Heaven. Keep it up guys, the best kept secret in Verdun.

Quite An Experience!. Great Greasy Food, Not expensive, They look like they worked there for a million years and they regret every second of it but that’s part of the charm…Got to try it! Too bad they don’t have poutine with real Crottes de fromages…Only grated Cheese.
