Great food……..but you have to ignore the rest. First of all, the greatest Persian food in Montreal……….in Canada?Authentic Persian soup, meat, rice………..delicious!!And the prices are so low, it is astounding. The Hunter’s Platter for 2 is amazing.Family-run and they are always extremely polite and great service. If you order by phone to pick up, they wrap and box everything very very nicely. Now for the other part:- very poor heating. You will freeze on a cold winter day- very few tables; usually full, so usually you’ll have to wait- no where to wait. you’ll have to wait outside on the sidewalk- bathroom is tiny and disgusting- CASH only! (no bank card; no credit card)- all the tables are rickety and wobblyGo for the food; tolerate the rest.
Cheap and good not fancy food. Small restaurant. If you look for a restaurant where the put more effort in the decoration than in the food, don’t come. The food is good and more important, it’s real iranian food, but the place itself it’s not really nice. In short: Cheap and good food but not a fancy place, Come here to experience iranian food but not for your anniversary…
Oooffff.
I was there 3 weeks ago the restaurent is very dirty and smell garbage, food was so so the only good thing was the waitress very kind and friendly
Very Good Food!. I had the honor of eating here the other day, the service and food was great. Best Persian Kebabs i’ve had in the city of Montreal, also the prices were top notch.
First visit, not impressed. Table was dirty, food was cooked well but needed chatni(tomato spiced dressing) rice were good. Salad had large onions they expected you break the large onions yourself. Soup tasted horrible. Service was bad waited too long to get it and food took long. And they dont accept debit or credit. Just cash!
Best Value Persian in the City. Really authentic and wonderful Perssian food, with great soup at the begining, Cannot beat for value. Total hole in the wall.MB Score 8.
