One of the best and freshest all you can eat sushi in Montreal. The Salmon is tasty and fresh, the maki selection is wide and yummy. Not too generous on the rice, which is a great thing. Service was friendly, super fast, and great. Recommend this place if you are located in downtown Montreal.
The most DISGUSTING sushi you’ll ever eat. Food poisoning beware. YUCK.I AM WRITING THIS on breaks between bathroom visits. Went to dinner in a party of 4. 3 of us had salmon and tuna fish. The tuna was off! I immediately spat it out. The salmon has a ‘soapy’ smell which meant I couldn’t get past eating. This dish was appropriately named because the same 3 of us who partook in it came down with food poisoning the next morning. And no, we’re not talking about some mild-stomach-cramping-and squirts here. We’re talking about curled-up-in-a-fetal-position-on-the-bathroom-floor-crying, hands-and-feet-going-numb.And WORST MOST RUDE service EVER. When I think of that tuna smell I just feel sick. What a disgrace, they shouldn’t have a license to serve fresh food never mind sushi.
Very pleased with our experience at Sushi Crystal. The service is fast, nothing was missing when we ordered, and ordering from a tablet was pretty cool! The staff was really polite and nice to us. I was expecting better appetizers, but overall it was good enough.Would definitely recommend, and a great place to come if you’re curious about trying new sushis!
We went there to try a new AYCE sushi place in Mtl that would be slightly less crowded on a Thursday night due to its location. What’s unique about this one is that all of the ordering is done on an iPad. Not only is it a cool feature that works well, it provides pictures and descriptions of all of the potential food options you can order. The sushis in general were decent but it was the available asian food we really liked i.e., teriyaki beef, deep fried veg dumplings, udon noodles stir fry, tempura shrimp, edamame, sushi pizzas, etc. The service was polite & efficient. The soft drinks were expensive at $3 a pop but Coke in a glass bottle never tasted so good. Best of all, we couldn’t finish our sushis and they didn’t charge us for the 8-10 pieces that we left behind. Good experience and would consider going back!
Descent food not worth the atrocious wait time. Half an hour to receive our last sushi roll and another half hour to receive two bowls of ice-cream, 30 minutes to prepare freaking ice-cream.
J’ai t ceptique car c’est dans la mme branche que sushi st denis et sushi saint catherine. Par contre, celui l est compltement diffrent. Les employs sont trs courtoisies, chaleureux de la part de l’hotesse et les staffs ont ts aimable. Par contre nous avons eu de la misre a distinguer qui etait notre serveur. Plusieurs varits de sushi et de plats tempura ou de nouille. Service impecable, et tres rapide. Je ne retournerais jamais celui a sushi st denis. Manque de respect, restaurant trs sales. Et les employs qui semblent etre tannes de leur emploi. Nous somme alls mangs un vendredi soir et le manager est totalement une farce, il nous regardait comme si nous etions des vampires. Ils nous ont charg 4$ pour 4 morceaux qui restaient…. Voyons au patron, avez vous tant besoin d’argent ? Au patron, si jamais vous lisez, engager un vrai manager a st denis courtoisie et non un manager qui ne fait que des gros yeux. Un sourire vous aiderait.
Very good decent place to eat for a allyoucaneat. My husbands likes it very much. Although we went during busy hours. Service very fast, waiter and waitress they make it sure we got our foods. Lots of choice for the wine. Very could place for groups not for thoses are in wheelchair. Disappointed about the manager. Dear alan please respect your employee. We come for theirs good services. We hope you know how business industry work. Its not always about pushing people. And of course not acting in a Chinese way in front of customers.
