Remember the 80’s?????. Welcome back! Blue Diamond hasn’t changed a bit. It’s family dinner fare with huge portions and reasonable prices. Hip, trendy it ain’t but if you want a BIG PILE OF COMFORT FOOD this is the place! The decore is what it is. The location is a block away from armed robbery central….check Saskatoon Police Service crime stats ( http://map.police.saskatoon.sk.ca/ ) BUT this place is like no other in YXE.Try the steak sandwich special lunch mid week 14.99 for soup salad steak carb and toast!
Where’s the change tables?. The meal I had the mashed potatoes where just plain and gross, no taste or seasoning. As well for it being considered a family restaurant I am very surprised to see that they do not have change tables in the bathroom.
Needs a makeover, friendly staff and good food though.
Pretty sure the man in the bathroom, handing out paper towel and spritzing customers with cologne, did not work there.

The Best in Town. We have eaten at this restaurant many many times, and it is consistently good. Great service, Great Food, Reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Will continue to eat here regularly! Love it!
