Very good food. Great value for a great price. We usually have the spicy Vietnamese soup and it is always flavourful and filling. Vietnamese spring rolls are also delicious. Definitely recommend!
Worst service I have ever had!! We ordered delivery and the woman on the phone had the WORST phone etiquette! She took my order and hung up before she gave me a total. We waited over and hour and forty five minutes. After calling 2 times to see where our delivery was, I called one last time to inform them that I was not paying for this meal. She HUNG UP on me!!! The food finally showed up almost two hours later! It was cold and not really that great!! Go to Lien Thanh in Riversdale. Way better food and I have never waited over 45 minutes to get delivery.
Embarrassment of a noodle bowl..The pork noodle bowls we ordered was a tiny portion that consisted of a quarter cup of meat, and wet sticky noodles.We also ordered the satay soup, and it tasted like oxo beef broth.. Again, with very little meat, no veggies, and what tasted like leftover noodles.I have eaten at probably 90% of the Viet restaurants in Saskatoon, and this is the first time I have actually felt the food was SO disappointing, that I called Saigon to complain. The lady I spoke with on the phone could not care less that I was calling to let them know I was disappointed. I imagine because it’s a regular occurrence at their restaurant.Do not eat here.. There are so many delicious Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Don’t waste your time or money on Saigon!! Eat at a place that appreciates your business.
I also ordered from here the food was garbage it was bland and the portions were ridiculously small it took forever and they forgot half of our order. I Will never order from here ever again.
Worst food I have even eaten. I was highly disappointed we Ordered beef pho .. What we got was itchy ban noodles in salty watery broth. We also ordered noodle bowls there was no spring rolls and hardly any meat .. Basically all noodles .. We didn’t receive our pops or ginger beef and to top it all off we called back to ask for our food that they forgot and they were very rude and didn’t send it .. Terrible !!don’t Order from here!!!
Food is sometimes cold, even straight out of the kitchen; odd since it appears to be re-heated and re-hashed from who knows when. Service is pretty hit and miss. Some servers are wonderful, others not so much… Front staff seem to be in a pretty dour mood at times, and it makes for a pretty unfriendly experience.
Been eating here since I was a kid and it’s fantastic! They have, in my opinion the best spring rolls in town and as far as I know, they’re one of the very few who offer bread rolls (which are to die for). One thing I will say though, is I find the menu to be overwhelmingly large especially for newcomers, it could be difficult to choose!
