Service was a bit slow, especially since there were less than 10 people in the restaurant. The food was very flavourful. Chicken vermicelli tasted better than the beef. The hot and sour soup was the best I’ve had in the city so far. Definitely recommend this restaurant but be prepared for slow service.
Great food. Good quick service. Make a point of stopping again.
Soup to die for. This place has the best soup in the whole city. Order number 33 of the menu. you have choice of chicken, beef, or shrimp. I have not tasted food like this since I was in asia. Dam good food, will be back!
Ate lunch here yesterday. Was the only one in the restaurant, and still recieved mediocre service. Ordered spring rolls (overlooked), hot&sour soup (gelatinous and unappealing) and pad Thai (extremely oily, and tasteless). The waitress recommended pouring my fish sauce over the pad Thai to improve the flavour. Ouch!
Authentic Vietnamese food. As a Vietnamese, who was born and raise in Southern Vietnam, I found a soul of home from this restaurant. Living in Northern Manitoba, saskatoon is the closest city that I can eat asian food. I was so disappointed for not able to find a real Vietnamese restaurant until I found this one. Absolutely love it. My Quebecois husband also loves the food. He said the coffee tastes exactly like the coffee he drank in Saigon. If you want an authentic Vietnamese cusine or Thai food and Chinese food in Vietnamese style, this is your place. It will be my favourite place everytime I visit saskatoon now. (dont have to go to Edmonton for a bowl of Pho anymore. Yay)
Looks brand new but….. How come they always never have certain dishes on their menu? Why even bother having them on there if they never stock it, waste of time!
Feels like home. Had the special, Pork and spring rolls on vermicelli. Very good, just like eating at home.
