Great staff and even better food(yes, it is getting better). Food is great,,clean and friendly. I’ll never stop going back. I’ve had many things on the menu and love the deep fried shrimp, ginger chicken… well, hope they could keep it going
Undercooked soggy takeout. I have always accepted take out quality to be somewhat less than dining in. However the wonton soup and crispy beef was just awful. I took the food back in and they explained police officers all order it and like it. I am not sure why that particular reference was made available but it was. I explained the soup is soggy and beef is undercooked and flavorless. I couldn’t even chew it into anything to swallow. They wouldn’t offer me anything in return or a refund. I left food there I had paid for and won’t be going back. It was an unbelievable awful experience.

Maybe in 2011 the food was good but not anymore. Ordered takeout and it was awful. Especially the lemon chicken which I am certain was imitation and absolutely revolting. We had to throw it out. With all the restaurents to choose from in the city this place should at least raise its standards enough that if you order chicken it is actually real chicken and not seasoned or worse yet imitation.If it was real you better change your supplier, fast. Never again
I ordered mixed veggies and chicken over rice off the lunch menu. It was pretty flavorless and mushy. Shame, as I remember coming here often a couple years ago and it being good.
Sloppy mess!. I ordered from Tsui King Lao last night via justeat.ca. The Just Eat experience was fantastic! Fast and effiecient service. I highly recommend Just Eat. However, the food from tsui King Lao was disgusting to say the least. It arrived at our door with two take out boxes on their side in the bag and sauce everywhere. The food was neither fresh or tasty. Last time I’ll order from them.
SO GROSS. This is the FIRST time and the LAST time i will ever eat here! the food was HORRIBLE! the chicken was fatty or undercooked, the chowmein was made out of what looked like uncooked itciban noodles, chicken balls were ALRIGHT. yuck yuck yuck, there is wayyyy better out there!
