Tried Zervos tonight for the first time. We hadn’t been here since it was the Mediterranean. The restaurant was nice on the inside, the service was friendly and the food was okay. We both had a steak sandwich. It was cooked correctly and the quality of the meat was good. Overall. It was an okay to good experience. You won’t leave hungry.
I honestly came and opened up an account so I can write about this place. Food was decent by service was terrible. I enjoyed their soup and grilled cheese while my hubby had the steak sandwich and fries. He enjoyed it. Servers seemed like they had better things to do and were very slow.

The special was chicken pesto with shrimp sizzlers.The soups were bar none, the main course was awesome and served in a very unique way. ( in a 12 inch cast iron pan which was sizzling. The staff were friendly and our server Kelsey was a delight. I would recommend this to anyone and the price was very reasonable. We will return again.
Had supper tonight and the meals were fantastic. Dinner special was a pork loin for two and it was outstanding. Presentation and flavors were great. Would highly recommend the cherry whiskey heese cake.
Stopped in for brunch and was very pleased. I had the eggs bennidict was was very good.My sisters had a beef dip and a eggs and sausage. Everything was very good, piping hot and well cooked and seasoned. The service was excellent. Would definitely return. This comes after a not so good experience at Coras.
I usually give a bad experience at a restaurant 2 chances but I probably won’t with Zervos. Their staff is nice but you need to be drunk to eat their food. I hope an Asian restaurant replaces them. I don’t doubt they have something good on their menu but I wouldn’t waste your money finding the diamond in the rough. Also they removed the pool tables from the lounge. Are you TRYING to piss off westsiders.
Spouse and I stopped in for supper with my father last night. The restaurant was quite busy by 5:30 when we arrived. The restaurant has gone through some minor renovations. Paint and carpet for example. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant by a very friendly hostess. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. My spouse ordered the steak sandwich with fries. And seemed to enjoy the meal. My father and I had the supper special. A centre cut smoked pork chop with crown royal flamed mushrooms, seasonal veg. Our meals came with soup or salad to start. I opted for the tomato orzo soup. The soup could be a meal in itself.If your a light eater I would recommend to pass on the soup or salad. I also had a sampling of the curry chicken soup, this I must say was my favorite. It was a thick soup as well. When the mains came out behind was the chef, who came to the table to flame the mushrooms table side. This I thought was a great addition. The pork chop had little fat which I was extremely thankful for as I am not a fat fan. The meat was cooked to perfection! A slight pinkhue to it. The mushrooms were delicious and plentiful. The seasonal veg was carrot, broccoli and red pepper. The veg were cooked nicely not overcooked like you get in some establishments. Presentation is well done here as well. Garnish on the soup and beautiful plating on the main.I have no complaints about our dining experience here and wish the new owners much success. We will definitely be repeat customers here.
