The meat cutter, Tim was very helpful explain what cuts of meat work for different events. There is a large assortment of different kinds of sausages or whatever you would like. Even bones for the pet.
Great place. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to go back. The meat is always fresh and tasty. Wish there were more locations.
You gotta try their oven roasted chicken and potatoes. I had them cater an event and that was awesome too. These are great people with great food.
This is a brat butcher shop with the finest cuts of meat and if you need a party catered Victor is the one to see. While your there sample the meats and pick up something hot for lunch.
