We used to come quite often to this location but not anymore. Food took forever, salad came after the main dish. Server was good but seems kitchen was slow… in conclusion this was our last trip to this location.
My friends and I usually go to this location as it used to be quite good. Unfortunately times have changed the last couple of times we have gone the service has been horrible. Tonight my mom and I went to have a late supper after I got off work. We walked in and stood there about 10 minutes while the hostess stood by a table talking and laughing. When we finally walked out I don’t even believe she knew we were there. Disappointed to say the least
Brutal service!! I try to avoid this specific BPs at all times. Which is too bad for them, since there aren’t many other options in the 51st street area as compared to downtown or 8th street.
Worst dining experience EVER.. Food is cold and flavorless. Actually it does have flavor, just bad ones. Expressed our disgust and dissatisfaction to our server (Jordyn) who did nothing about it. The crusty old manager (name starts with an M) came over and just gave me the dead mackerel face when I was explaining to her about the meal. She didn’t do a thing about it besides walk away. Didn’t answer a single one of my questions. Brought us back the bill (NO DISCOUNT). I am SO upset with the food and service here. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If I was Jim Treliving I would have this location bulldozed to the ground because it gives the chain such a bad name. I will absolutely be getting in contact with the manager and head office about it. In short, the food sucks and the manager it a TOTAL WASTE OF SKIN. They couldn’t care less about you. Absolutely fuming after this visit. Save yourself the aneurysm and stay far away. Seriously.
Worst restaurant in saskatoon. Awful. Just awful. That’s all I have to say about this place. Awful food, especially on delivery, and the manager is quite possibly the rudest lady I’ve met.
The slowest restaurant in the north end. Extremely slow service (especially during the lunch hour) and very rude staff.
Best Pizza In Town. I have never actually eaten in Boston Pizza, I have only had their take out pizza. I cannot comment on the rest of the menu, but they have the best pizza in town. It is more expensive than most, but it is worth the price. It is far better than their other locations in town, as far as their pizza is concerned.
