The service here is consistently awful. The manager/owner looks like she should have retired 20 years ago. Her pace in seating/serving/replying reflects this fact. The service staff are rude and slow. This place is bad even by Boston Pizza standards….
There hasn’t been a Boston Pizza experience that I have had within the last 3 years or so that was worth mentioning. My experience at this location was no different. The problem is much bigger than this location though. BP has increased in price and drastically decreased in quality over the last few years. I will happily avoid this chain for as long as it is in existence.
