I want my calories back. Upon our latest visit, we had a Double Stacker with bacon meal and a BBQ Bacon Whopper meal with an upgraded poutine. Double stacker should have been big with two patties but was more like a kids meal. Unknown secret sauce was good. Bacon was virtually undetectable. Burger was average but good, had the Bk taste. Fries were thicker cut and good. Value was low. In regards to the BBQ Bacon Whopper, what stood out the most was the patty, specifically the patty was too thin in comparison to the volume of the bun. Lettuce and bun were soggy with all the sauce. The entire burger tasted like opening up a bottle of kraft BBQ sauce, putting it on a spoon and consuming it. 2.20 to upgrade fries to poutine, depressing at best. Meal as a whole had poor value. Low quality. When Fatburger opens at Preston Crossing, I wouldn’t be surprised if this Burger King goes out of business.

The food kinda sucks and always makes me nauseated, more so than other fast food fare. Their BK Big Fish is better than a McDonalds fish fillet though, but not better than a Harvey’s fish sandwich. I will add though that the woman filling my order today deserves props, was thorough, quick, and friendly.
Not impressed. The whole restaurant smelled of grease. Burgers looked thrown together when they arrived. And were pretty forgettsble. Fries were not good either. We smelled of grease when we left. I know it is fast food but I still have had decent and pleasant meals at other fast food places. Preston shopping centre really needs a better choice for food and coffee.
I stopped into this burger king tonight with my family for a quick bite, and was thoroughly disgusted. The dining room was an absolute mess, the food came out in a mess, buns were probably 2 weeks old on the burgers, you couldn’t even use the drink machine because the area around it was a swamp, and the worse part; it wasn’t even busy. The staff are all just standing around. I hope the owner of this location sees this because, while I don’t go to fast food restaurants with huge expectations, this Burger King was a total disgrace.
