My parents love this place! I dont think its that good. The sweet and sour pork is more pineapple and tomatoes than pork. Two words describe this place, BLAND & SWEET. If you cant appreciate real Chinese food and your palette enjoys simplicity. By all means, enjoy! Personally, Id only eat it if I was starving. One good thing is their Wong Tong Soup.
Ordered pickup. Chicken fried rice had 1 piece of chicken about 10 peas and then plain rice. Chicken Chow mein had NO chicken, plain noodles and a couple veggies. Ordered Ginger Beef and got cooked veggies instead. Less than impressed with this order and will not be returning.
Mostly batter with chicken balls. Mostly batter with shrimp. Sweet/sour ribs very tough. Not much beef in the ginger beef. Wasn’t impressed.
Disappointed. I have never sat down to write a review, but after our meal last night, I felt I had to. My boys LOVE ginger beef. So naturally we ordered it along with chicken fried rice, lemon chicken, and chicken chow mien. I would conservatively estimate that the ginger beef was less than half beef with vegetable fillers and the chicken chow mien was missing the chicken. Not one single piece of chicken ( and I double checked the next day when I thought I would eat it for leftovers). I will not ever order from them again.
I have never done a restaurant review before, But this has to be said. WORST MEAL EVER. I actually feel sorry for the people who eat here. We spent $36 and it was ALL thrown away. Contemplated calling and asking for refund, but this review hopefully will keep people away. 1. Chow Mein – 90% vegetables, uncooked burnt noodles, SALT overload. 2. Fried shrimp w/ black bean & garlic sauce – 95% vegetables Watered down & disgusting 3. Sezchuan chicken – was terrible, Salty, and uncooked
Really???. Stopped in for dinner last night, June 4, 2014…as a woman dining alone, was totally ignored by serving staff for over 10 minutes…was not given a menu, or water…diners that arrived after me sitting right next to me were given menu’s and water, and had their order taken…Staff looked directly at me, but did not come to my table, and proceeded to clean dirty tables instead, glancing at me while doing so, but not once coming to my table! Finally got up and left – way to many other restaurants in town to waste time waiting to even be acknowledged! My guess is they were thinking I was waiting for some one to join me….DO NOT ASSUME!!!!
