Pretty good would be nice to see Texas Caviar on the side for that authentic tex-mexy. Friendly staff. Thought the table vinegar was Texas Sauce; won’t make that mistake twice!

I had nachos and they were the worst nachos I have ever had. I should not have paid for them. I guess I shouldn’t have ate them and just walked out but me and my friend were hungry. They were completely over cooked.
I crave eating at this place! One of my favourite places to eat with friends or before watching a show. Chicken enchiladas are super good and a gear value for the amount of food you get.
Enjoyed lunch here on a Wednesday, the gf and I both ordered the Ancho Chicken Enchiladas. I could taste a very slight stale taste to the chicken in the Enchilada, the gf never noticed anything with hers, but with enough hot sauce and a couple cold pints to wash it down with…I still ate the whole thing.I think the next stop for Mexican fare will be La Bambas.
This place is a little bit dark (even when there isn’t a show happening), a little bit divey, and doesn’t encourage feelings of cleanliness. However, you can have a really good time here. Food portions are huge, hearty, and delicious. I’m not sure how authentic it is, but I’m a fan. Ancho Chicken and Nachos = always winners.
Been here a couple of times recently for lunch. Both the Mexican and regular food is good. Service both times has been friendly. Food does take a while. The atmosphere here is not your usual restaurant as it does double as an established (old) bar at night. Only suggestion I have is that the kids menu needs a bit of work.
