We had been wanting to try this place out for quite some time. We finally made it last night. From the outside it looks quite small but upon entering we were quite shocked at how big it really is. There wasnt a lot of people as we went pretty early. But picked up considerably by the time we left. We were greeted and served by at least 3 people. So I can say service was friendly and very efficient. Many items on the menu were very tempting. We finally decided on pimento appy with picnic platter to share. The pimento came hot with bread. It was hot and super tasty. Well the picnic platter was huge only $35 and came with 5 pieces of fried chicken, 6 ribs? 2 smaller pieces of corn, potato salad, coleslaw and a biscuit. Everything was delicious! Ribs falling off the bone, chicken juicy. The coleslaw was so fresh and I can honestly say the best Ive ever had. Potato salad was good but Im not a huge fan to begin with. The biscuit shameful only one was light on the inside and crispy on the outside. Drink prices for being downtown were very reasonably priced. All in all we were very impressed with every aspect of this establishment. We are definitely going to return and soon.

The decor here is amazing – it really makes the atmosphere. The food great though portions are inconsistent between meals. Service can be a little hit or miss especially at busy times but is always friendly. The seafood boil is very good but expensive (understandably so given the ingredients).
