This is a great late night meal… My only issue is that I paid for more then I ordered. My bill should have only been $30.00. However, the evening I was there I was charged $39.00. I was disappointed in this!
I order food from Megs tonight. Spent almost 50 dollars on the chicken finger platter and mozza sticks. When it arrived after the delivery guy had to call and get our correct address. We received a platter with a salad that was tiny less then a cup. Shorted chicken fingers and the $12.00 order of mozza stick which were barely bigger than my pinky. I called to complain about the lack of food. To have the girl tell me there was no manager and yell at about how things cost money. I will never again order food was terrible and the service was horrible!
worst food in the city and horrible customer service . the lady owner verbally assaulted to a gentle man because he said you have served rotten chicken curry he did not have any single spoon even then she charged full amount .
I was there last night around 3am and ordered for matar paneer( east indian vegetarian dish) , it tasted really good.. Was a bit oily but was good, ordered for naan and rice along with it. The portion size were also good.The food was overall good but i guess they would have to improve their service and the ambience as it was not that clean and had a few flies around.
Drunk me loves Meg’s nothing is better than Indian food (and sometimes mozza sticks) at 3 in the morning. I also channelled drunk me when I rated it and drunk me gave it a 5. Not exactly sure if sober me would agree but honestly if me and the gang are out at the bar there’s no way we won’t end up at Meg’s, its become a tradition.
Horrible customer service. Last night i was there for dine in with my friends.we ordered 4 items but we got served only 2 items we thought rest of food will be served later, but after finishing food we wait long time and we ask for guy regarding our order and he said we order only 2 items so again we have to wait another 20 min. we asked to clear table and he took only half dishes form our table.and then he served chicken briyani with two plates and no cutlery and then my friend had to go the counter for cutlery. when we finished briyani we served achari chicken wiith nan and when i asked for plates the guy told me use old plates which we used for briyani and also he said only east indian customer asked for more plates and cutlery i been in Canada since 7 years, i have never seen such poor customer service .and their achari chicken was worst .i used to come this restaurant for 1 year and i know the owner of megs restaurant. she is friendly with customer . please provide proper training to staff for better customer service..
