Maybe the food is better if you go to the restaurant but we had delivery. Everything was very cold which made the squid seafood dish totally unappetizing. The spring rolls are small and pathetic when compared with other Chinese and/or Vietnamese Restaurants and are served with a pretty mediocre somewhat sweet and sour sauce. The ginger beef was sweet, very chewy, but not much ginger taste. Sad to say, most of this order went down the garbage chute.
It is classic Chinese Canadian buffet BUT much fresher with a clean new restaurant. On top of the normal fried dishes they have good steamed dumplings and GREAT wonton soup. I think it’s the only time I have went back for seconds of the soup at s buffet. I would go here if you want buffet Chinese.
Not very good. The service was excellent and the owner was so sweet, but unfortunately the food was not. Everything was cold on my plate by the time I got to my table. The wonton soup was bland and weird tasting. My egg roll was gelatinous, gross. There was salad dressing, but no salad. They have Chapman’s ice cream for dessert which was the best part of the meal. I wanted to like this place, but sadly I can’t. Worst buffet I ever had.
