Pathetic Service, sat in bar 30 minutes and finally just went to Hilton next door for a drink…..my room was at the Holiday Inn
Not only were we dismissed by the server twice, for the sake that they were busy, but we can’t even rate the quality of the food because after waiting to see a drink menu after 10 minutes and watching other guests be dismissed we cut our losses and went to the Hilton instead. Within 2 minutes of sitting down we had quality friendly service, and in less than 5 minutes drinks and menu in hand. Walk the half block and save yourself the disappointment. We might give them one more chance but the holiday inn’s posh decor doesn’t compensate for the inadequate service.
We met out of town relatives here. Place is ok but nothing spectacular either. If near by would consider going back
The service we received was great! Poutine was great. Chicken that myself and my daughter had tasted like rubber. Seriously disgusting. The caesar salad is okay.
Evening beverage. Was spending the night before my wedding, so went downstairs with my family to check over the mc speech. The bartender was rude and demanding for Id to my cousin and sister and he told them to leave because they didn’t have it with them. And as if $7 for a flipping Caesar and $15 for a glass of wine. Too expensive and rude service.
I would like to be able to comment on the food but we left before we even able to order. We went for supper before a show at TCUP and arrived with plenty of time to have a nicely paced dinner. The restaurant was full so we sat in the lounge. A half hour later, we hadn’t even been acknowledged by a server. We ended up leaving and eating in the food court at the mall because we no longer had time before our show.
Average place. Service was Ok, but then the place was nearly empty. Caesar salad was again ok, just ok. Peppercorn blue burger was devoid of peppercorns but still tasty given the blue cheese. Allright ambiance.
