Bad bad service. Me and my two cousins went there for supper and drinks. Dry ribs were on special. I got poutine my cousins got 2 orders of the dry ribs. Our waitress was not wearing the best clothes and seemed very disinterested in serving our table. When we got our food my poutine was very good but my other two cousins dry ribs were horrible (I tasted them) they had about 4 ribs each out of there basket because of the spice or rub that was on them.. We got 2 vodka specials, 1 whisky paralyzed and 2 Pepsi. She asked us for I.d (I didn’t have mine it was in the car so I had to run for it) she still served me without having my I.d it before I got it. Our drinks were not made properly at all & they were all different sized cups for the same drinks. We waited for our server to come back to our table for about 15 minutes before we just got up and paid for our things. not only was the service and food not good at all. The music in the bar side was outrageously loud!! I know it’s a lounge but common when three people can’t hear each other talking I think it should be turned down. I liked four seasons but I don’t think I will be going back!!
Disappointed. Kept hearing radio ads and plugs for their Sunday Brunch so decided to try it. My wife and I invited our daughter and her husband to join us – my treat. Very disappointed. Overpriced – limited items on the menu – empty trays which we had to wait for to be refilled so we could complete our breakfast – old eating utensils / dishes – disinterested staff, and the place needs a good cleaning / overhaul. May be a great place to watch a sporting event, but I won’t ever go back there to eat.
Tell me this oh wise one….. Why are ppl still eating there…and why is the place still open? Like I said before…ppl tend to see negative first…that building has been around a long time…it was originally a Safe-way…there are many older establishments in Regina….all of which I might add are hard to maintain…Regina is built on a swamp land…so take a good with the bad…everywhere you go…every restaurant, building, park, home, even the water you drink isn’t perfect. But you will argue with me till your blue in the face of course…and I can respect your opinion….not that you respected mine.19 Oct, 2014It’s more than a business…it’s a family! Response to Grumpy!!!. You have not been there since 2005. This tells me you have no clue what it’s like…I recognise that people thrive on negativity hence all the opinions…I gave my opinion, you had no right to respond. Like I said, like any restaurant, it is not perfect. They have had their trials and tribulations…many people are ignorant to the ins and outs of running a business…It’s people like you that make it look bad, make it hard for families to survive in Canada….a typical critic who thrives on negativity. I’ve owned restaurants in my day; been a cook for over 20 years. I know that no matter what one does in this industry you can not please everyone. Not that I really need to defend them, but like I stated earlier, 4 Seasons has been around for many years. They must be doing something right…I do not think your opinion really matters considering you have not been there since 2005. You have not seen the changes since, the continuous changes. There are many people who have been staffed there and not everyone is as perfect as you expect. If you have never worked there, you have no idea…So get off your high horse Grumpy and stay off my review…I am proud I worked there…will always be proud…Again I say God Bless to this Family..aka (4 Seasons Sports Palace)19 Oct, 2014It’s more than a business…it’s a family!. I have a little story to tell. It wont take long, but it has to be said…Back in 2005 I started to work with this establishment. I had been with them off and on for close to 7 years…In this time, there has been many trials and tribulations. However, it did not matter if you were there for 5 minutes or 7 years, the people and staff are always made to feel like they are family! (The food has always been consistent; boneless dry ribs, wings, burgers, steaks, platters and pizza; especially the pizza! It’s probably the best I have ever had.) Anyway, like any restaurant, new employees pass through and the training is constant. With that, there are normal mishaps, like a messed up order or a burger that might have been missed. It’s an everyday process, especially when this establishment tends to get pretty busy with all the fundraisers, buffets, catering events and Ryder games. You can bet they work hard to have as many people on as they can to accommodate. You know, 4 Seasons has been around for a very long time, they must be doing something right! I would say this Sports palace has been the heart of Regina….Now even though I am no longer there and I sure do miss working with this amazing family. I still believe it’s the best and always will be…and YES, I would go back in a second if I had my way! Remember, it;s more than a business….It’s a family! God Bless you 4 Seasons. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
Terrible delivery service. I was in Regina for meetings, ordered a burger/fries for delivery to my motel about 8 pm. I was told it would be 45 minutes, but 1 1/2 hours later it finally showed up. Fries were ice cold, greasy, burger was cold, and the side of gravy had spilled all over the burger making it impossible to eat without getting gravy all over your hands, no napkins or cutlery. I will say that the lady on the phone and the delivery guy were both pleasant to talk to but 11/2 hours to cook a burger and deliver it to the Country Inn and Suites was unbelievable for the price of $22.00.
The staff is terrible! Not friendly, they are actually quite rude!
I wouldn’t feed this food to my worst enemy gross!!!!!! Waitresses smell like smoke the place smells like B O and the people are rude!!! Just awful
I would love to say great things about his place because I love to go there for football…. But the servers are poor at best… Walk by the table with dirty plates on them.. Notice when you have empty drinks but can’t take away dirty plates. You are supposed to be a competent personable human beings when you serve and from someone who previously served they are seriously lacking… The bar service needs to seriously pick it up or I will be taking my business somewhere else.
