It was good, we had the poutine – the French fries were obviously home made and the peppercorn gravy was very good. They made their own ketchup, made from beets, it was different – good but not what I am expecting to take he place of ketchup. We also had the pretzel bites, not recommended. Both the sauces they came with were good, the grainy mustard as well as the cheese but the pretzels were dry tasting, I think they would have better luck with them if they just served a couple whole pretzels for the dish instead of the bites ( albeit we are all the bites)Our server was very attentive and we were greeted immediately upon arrival. Will definitely go again and try some of their other dishes

Good fried food, wings especially. Nice dishes to pick at with your beer. All around good and just a fun atmosphere to be in. Beer battered dishes are yummy!

Not the best experience at Beer Bro’s. I was unimpressed by our server because we were often ignored. She seemed very distracted despite the restaurant being quite empty. The beer was expensive for a local selection and the food left me disappointed. I will not go back.

A friend wanted to try this place. I don’t like beer, so I ordered a Caesar, and it tasted like nothing but pickle juice. Not great. There weren’t a lot of options on the menu that appealed to me, but I ended up choosing the Chili Lime Chicken. Mistake. While the chicken was of good quality and was perfectly cooked, the dish was so overloaded with cumin I could barely choke it down. I didn’t feel it would be fair to send it back, since it’s not their fault I have an aversion to cumin (I can handle it in small doses when combined with other flavours, but in this case it was all I could taste and almost more importantly, smell). But I do think if a dish is going to be that heavy on one particular spice, they should probably mention it in its description on the menu. Therefore I rate the Chili Lime Chicken 2 points out of 5. Meanwhile, my husband had the Fish and Chips and said it was good and he’d rate it 4 points out of 5. My friend had the Pulled Pork and the portion looked pretty small to me. She said it was okay but not what she expects when she orders Pulled Pork (see photo), so she’d give it 3 out of 5. She also had the Cheddar Ale Soup and loved it. 5 out of 5 for that. For dessert, my friend and I had the dessert special, which was Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake. It was amazing! It had just the right amount of saltiness to balance the sweetness, which is what I look for in a peanut butter based dessert. 5 out of 5. My husband had the Bieramisu and said it was not spectacular. 3 out of 5. The service was very good. But overall, while there were highlights, I think it was all overpriced and the experience was not worth what it set us back financially.

Awesome beer selection lots of local choices & beers from all over Canada & US. The food was decent but pricey I got the beer bros burger with the soup of the day, which was roasted red pepper soup, the burger was not very big & there were more onions than meat for $16 & i got drunken mushrooms & cheese so actually $19 it tasted fine but not worth the price. The roasted red pepper soup on the other hand blew me away so tasty would come back here just to have the soup again. I would defiantly come back again but would try something else.

The beer selection is great, but pricey. I find the taste of the food to be okay, nothing to write home about. I do like how often they change their menu, though. Keeps things fresh!

This is a great place to eat. The service is wonderful, the food is great and the drink options are fantastic. We have dined here a few times and have never had a bad experience. It’s good to just stop for a drink or go in for a meal.
