One more shot. I spoke with the franchise owner and he was great, he seemed sincere and we have decided to give it another shot. Wifes meal was great. After a few bites, my pizza burger patty tasted off, the texture was strange, so I inspected it… It either had been left out and left to dry out or it was freezer burnt….like, really bad on one part. Was not happy with it so I spoke with the manager, he said he was very sorry and asked if I wanted it replaced. I said if it’s going to happen again then don’t bother but he said it will be better But said that I will have to wait ten or so mins for it to cook. Ok, so I asked if I could have it to go because my wife was nearly done her food and we had a baby with us so I didn’t want my wife to wait around for me to eat. So this means, because my food was bad we had to eat separately (sitting at home eating right now) because of this wait… Not very great since it’s kind of an ordeal for new parents to go out together with a baby. Receipt; full price. Servers were indifferent. SO, eating the burger now and the bad parts have been cut off..
Great times!!. Every time I go there. I always have the best time, friendly staff, food arrives hot and exactly what I order. The music is always playing good tunes, servers always bring my bill promptly. It is always and will be my favourite Boston pizza. Never had a bad memory of any of my visits.
Customer. My 10 years son just called to boston pizza to order cheese pizza like always he doing on weekends.The guy with india accent send him f..k off.I called back-same guy answer-I asked why?he said I didn’t talk with your son and asked me he ordered cheese pizza?never will call back them!!!
Terrible take out service. My girlfriend and I ordered a pizza from here on a Wednesday night. Ordered no bacon or chicken on our pizza. Was told 20 minutes. When we went to pick it up they initially told us 2 more minutes until it was ready. The manager then came over 10-15 minutes later and told us the pizza would be 3-4 more minutes because they put Bacon on our pizza and had to make us a new one. The pizza came out 10 minutes later. When we arrived home guess what was on the pizza? Bacon. Management did not seem to care whatsoever and didn’t even check to make sure there was no bacon on the pizza. Also, 3/4 of the cheese on the pizza wasn’t even melted! We also ordered sweet potato fries and they were soggy and old. Clearly they let them sit under a heating lamp while the second pizza was being made and didn’t care drop new fries in the fryer. I have never experienced such bad quality take out. My suggestion is avoid if you can, there are a lot less expensive pizza places in south Regina that take much better care of their customers.
All I can say is… PASTA TUESDAY RULES!!! I love going here every Tuesday for lunch to enjoy a great pasta dish! My 3 favourites are…#1 Jambalaya pasta baked with cheese.#2 Seafood pasta#3 chipotle bacon pennePerfectly consistent every time and servers are happy and smiling! 🙂
Consistent Food and Service. We go to this location often and always have great food and service. Watched the hockey games there last night and our server Leanne did an outstanding job with our group. Mediterranean pizza was awesome and steak bites were also very good. Keep up the good work we will be back.
Bar had the WORST service in regina hands down. They consistently make order mistakes and don’t care.
