Spouse and I stayed the night after a Rider game. Stopped in for lunch on our way home. We were one of the first to dine for the day, therefore were only 2 others and us. The restaurant was clean. Our server was friendly. Food was good. I had the lasagna which I wouldn’t normally order from here. We would come back again during one of our trips through town.
Went at 1pm. The service was a solid Meh. The waitress was nice enough but we rarely saw her. Food was OK. I ordered the Spicy Sausage Araba something er other. There was barely any sausage in it. Maybe 5 thinly sliced pieces. I’ve had it at other BP’s and have loved it.
Went here for a quick bite to eat last night and I now can remember why I don’t frequent this restaurant anymore. The service is great when you arrive them nonexistent once you are seated. The drinks that are on special are their enticement to come to the place yet they are substandard. The food was the highlight of the night and considering how crappy it was that is not a ringing endorsement. Keep changing your menu and jacking up the prices simultaneously and see how fast your market share in this city dips below irrelevant. You will not be discontinued from my restaurant rotation.
This location I find has the best service in the whole city. Love it!!
Meh service & Jalapenos for my 1 year old!?. Service was slow and it was not very busy. My Mom asked about a wine and the waitress knew nothing about wine…totally clueless. My Mom said she would try a glass and let the waitress know how it was…she brought it and left, never asked about it. I know this is not a fine dining place, but how hard is it to bring a pitcher of wine and pour a touch into a glass and let the customer have a taste before charging them for the whole glass? As a waitress at any restaurant that serves wine, this should be taught. I asked for a baby plate for my 15 month old to give him something to munch on until our meal arrived so I could share with him. I know these baby plates are free, but what a sad sight… 2 tablespoons of dry grated cheese, a tablespoon of chopped tomatoes, 2 green peppers rings and 2 slices of Jalapeno peppers!!! OK, I give my baby most table food, but really…jalapenos should not be on a baby plate! I’ve had lovely baby plates of mashes potatoes, sliced ham, cooked carrots, etc at other BP franchises…step it up!
Hey so, we sat here for 40 mins and all we got was waters. Then 50 mind later we got id. This is not okay. I am a server and I am tolerant of when it’s busy but the service was ridiculous. An hour later from when we ordered we got our drinks. This should probably be fixed. Not okay. Coming from a server. Gross service. Figure it out.
I actually love this location. Never had bad service, however fish bowls are cheaper elsewhere on Fridays. The pan cookie is decent as a dessert, meanwhile the chocolate layer cake (don’t remember name) is waaaay too much! There’s no happy medium in the dessert realm in any bps. Staff is always friendly, and knowledgable on MSG and dairy allergies for what’s in their sauces ect.
