This location has the worst service out off all the Boston pizzas in the city!!! Stay clear from here. The north and south Albert have much friendlier staff and less wait on food.
For being a chain restaurant you would expect the staff to be put together better. Besides the appearance of the staff, when they are not yelling across the room to each other, they can be found in a group gossiping. It was almost as they wanted to make people uncomfortable. The service with our drinks was standard. We didn’t order food due to lack of professionalism by staff.

Don’t ever…EVER order the pepperoni pizza burger. Most disgusting thing ever. Does not taste at all as appetizing as the picture. Two bites and sent it back. Leaving hungry.
Service was horrible we waited 25 minutes just to get a drink. Kept calling the waiter and she would say yeah hold on or ignore us. Biased place I’d say racist too. Very disappointed. Manager was also accusing us for something we didn’t do. Never again will I go back there. Simple workers that work at Boston pizza rochdale.
Drinks were good. Waitress brought out menus and I ordered sliders. Must have been a shift change because we got a new waitress. Waited probably an hour for sliders. Waitress brought them just as we were getting up to leave.
Love it.. I go to Boston Pizza Rochdale frequently. The staff is very nice, give great service and are very accomodating. Awesome place to bring the kids. It is generally pretty fast, and the food is always delicious.
