Cora!. I am from out of town. I haved been to Cora’s on two occasions in the past month. We did try to get in to this new restaurant on a couple of occasions and the line ups were quite lengthy. My family and I have nothing but good experiences at Cora’s. The breakfasts that we had there were wonderful. Service was great.If I were to make recommendations it would be to add one or two more Cora restaurants to the city of Regina or have the present building expanded to seat more patrons.I definitely have recommended Cora’s to friends and family.
Will be going back!. I visited Cora’s today for my first time. We had a large group and a very short wait time. Staff is friendly, service was great, lots to choose from and food is delicious! We will for sure be going back!!!
Good fruit, bad food…going back to Denny’s!. If it’s fresh fruit you’re after, then Cora’s is okay (aside from poor setup/entrance/exit and seating)…First time had the special Quiche and it was so hard and dried out I couldn’t even cut through it without food flying off my plate… not just the crust, but the inside!Second and FINAL time was today – older woman hostess who seated us was grouchy and being mean to the girl who was taking names even though it was her making the mistakes!Ordered Cora’s special -Eggs Over Easy were runny, Sausage was undercooked and soft pasty texture, Bacon was overcooked and hard to cut through, but the tomatoes and fruit were fresh and good.
Bad service. The food was tasty, but the service was far too poor for a second visit. It feels like I hardly saw the server, and it took a long time to get any beverages. Plus the food took so long to arrive that it wasn’t hot when I ate it.
Great!!!!!!. I visited Cora with my daughter and friend for lunch Monday- no wait time and quick service – friendly staff who came back for more coffee and asked if we wanted anything else etc – our meals were excellent , we have nothing to complain about – that type of restaurant is not for everyone , some folks likely would be better served by sticking to Smittys maybe? Unfortunately not everybody can appreciate the finer things in life—- YAY CORA!!!!!!
First and last visit to this restaurant. 3 of us went after an early morning soccer game. We arrived at approximately 8:15, were sat and not greeted for 15 minutes, no water or anything. The service was terrible, there were three staff standing at the hostess station for most of the time we were there, helping themselves to samples and generally doing nothing. The staff shuffled along like they hated being there. The food was 45 minutes from ordering to table and it was underwhelming at best. It was also only lukewarm. And to top it off, was $50.00. Seriously. Just awful.
Food was ok, bit bland though and definitely over priced. Brace your self to wait when you go. This is the second time we went. Waited both times about half and hour and an hour for food additional. Restaurant wasn’t busy, lots of tables were empty but still a line up outside, waiting to be seated. We probably won’t go back again. Our server Riley was great though.
