Pleasantly surprised. I ordered the chicken strips and french fries end it was probably the best hotel food I’ve had. The chicken strips were actually chicken tenders, not pre-ground meat shaped like a chicken strip. Actual white meat chicken tenders which were lightly battered and cooked perfectly. the portion was generous and came with thick cut steak fries.I will definitely try Deltas Indigo restaurant next time for some more serious fair rather than heading over to the food court.
Nice dinner. I ate at the Indigo Restaurant and thought it was good. It was a quiet night, the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Prices were fine except for a few items. They have a good selection of basic burgers up to steaks and Steelhead trout. I had mushroom soup and the shrimp and sausage skewers and both were good. The service was nice.
