This is my second time going to Fritou and I haven’t eaten their food once. My first attempt was shortly after they’d opened. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes and even started calling out for someone. An employee finally came out from the back just as I was leaving. I just walked out of fritou not 60 seconds ago for the same reason. I stood at the counter, wondering why no one was working up front, I looked into the kitchen and saw an employee so deep into his phone that I don’t think he even knew I’d been standing there. Terrible service. Will never try to eat here again unless they go through a staffing change.
Bad service bad food. We went to Fritou Regina last night but the service was very bad one guy there he wasn’t that nice and the food was treble , I don’t advice people to go there it’s not good place and not good food
Different and absolutely delicious … The food was awesome .. Took 15 -20 min for my order but it was worth a wait. Friendly service.. Nice tall guy at the counter was very friendly. Will go back again .. Definitely recommend others.
Very slow service. Very bland , boring chicken!. Did a take out order. The counter person said it would take 15 minutes. I walked out with my order a half hour after placing it! Twice as long as what I was told.The chicken was crispy, but very bland with no taste or flavor. The gravy was like water with no flavor as well.Will never order from Fritou again . It sucked
Good food, awful service. Ok, so to start, Fritou chicken is amazing. Much better than KFC. However, the people taking delivery orders need to learn English much better. I am all for immigration and diversity, however the clerks often cannot understand AT ALL what one is saying, even when it comes to saying I want a two person 6 piece Fritou meal. I would think they could figure that out.Conclusion, great food, but you had better just go to the shop so you can point to your menu item….. its that bad.Ive had to cancel 3 different orders when ordering from phone because they cant understand. If I’ve cancelled three orders, I cant imagine how many others have been cancelled due to their lack of proper phone service.

Delicious!. Great food. Tried the spice rub fried chicken and it was great. Everything was freshly made, which is refreshing.
