This place is filthy. Washroom was filthy, floor was filthy, counters were filthy. Kitchen staff eating while cooking. Staff moving from cash register to cooking without gloves. Boxes of facial tissue in the tables instead of napkins. I was so grossed out while waiting, I asked for my money back. They refused. I left with nothing, $15 dollars spent.

The new Albert st Fritou is absolute garbage. I call for delivery they tell me it will be 30 min it turns out it was 1 hour and 45 min. Then the food arrives late but what’s worse it tasted very cold. Which makes it seem like it was out all day. Then the owner i guess arrives at my front door. I told him to come to the back door he comes to the front and tells me he already parked in the front so it was to late for him to walk 3 sec to the back and i should just come to the front. Okay not a big deal so then for me not to be so upset he tells me threw in a few extra pieces. Turns out he lied to me (no surprise) to get a better tip when i was at the door.
