Having heard a lot of good things about this place, gave it a try and grabbed a sandwich for quick lunch. Simple, yet delicious. Helped in beating the hungry blues.
It has been our pleasure to have Henderson Cafe cater our education classes for the last three months. Without exception every breakfast and lunch has been delicious and delivered on time. We leave everything in Carla’s capable hands even choosing the menu. We simply give her the dates. Many thanks Darlene South Operations Manager, Regina Construction Association.
Miss this place!. Hendersons is great for sandwiches, soups and wraps! I went frequently while attending university. I now have gone back to take a few night classes and always stop in at Hendersons! It’s still as great as I remember.
Bad.. Everything here comes out of a bucket. Nothing here is made fresh. Don’t bother with the taco in a bag, it is not seasoned and the tomatoes you get are over ripe and rotting. The soups are flour, flour, and cornstarch. The cookies are pre-frozen pucks and everything is pre-cooked. Sadly, this is the best place in the U of R to eat. Like, give me a break people, everything at the U of R is disgusting, this place just happens to be a little bit less.
Terrible customer service!. Yes the sandwiches and wraps taste great and are reasonably priced but some of the staff at University of Regina Henderson cafe are pretty rude and have terrible customer service. Also, make sure you count all your change (back) while still at the counter; otherwise, if you get served by the young lady that served me today, they will swear they saw you put it in your pocket!!
