Not bad. For a restaurant in the hood the decor is old but the service and food were great. much better then Rickys or Smittys
Either the chef should read their own menu before cooking or they have to change the description on their menu. I ordered an egg Benedict and ordered it specifically with bacon. Voila, I open my container of food and two big ham in there. The sauce was tasty but the appearance made it very unappetizing. Only thing I liked about this was the hash browns.
Tasty food. Customer service was good. Menu has lots of food to choose from. This place is busy prior to a Rider home game.
Avoid this place ! Better meal out of a dumpster.. I used to not mind coming to humptys after the bars. Food was decent. It has gotten terrible in the the last few years. I am assuming new ownership by the looks of things. I couldn’t even finish my meal it was that horrible. I don’t know how a breakfast can be this bad. In the meal was the worst ham I ever had, if it was ham. Sausages tasted old/freezer burnt. How anyone can return here to eat is beyond me. Go to McDonalds instead, avoid this place !!
Good for a bacon and eggs breakfast. Nothing wrong with the standard bacon and eggs breakfast. The meal comes with a choice of potatoes, tater tots or fruit. Some of the more fancy meals (like eggs benedict) didn’t look very good. Staff was attentive and constant coffee refills were great.
OK for late-night.. It’s 2am, and you’re stranded central/downtown Regina. You are drunk and want food. Humpty’s is your place! At that time of the morning, there’s nothing else in that area open. Except McD’s drive-thru. Open 24 hours. It’s better than nothing, and the coffee is drinkable.
