I travel from Vancouver to Toronto for work. Naturally I have eaten at many restaurants across the country. When I’m eating breakfast, eggs benny is my go to meal. I find it extremely hard to find a restaurant that actually makes their own hollandaise sauce and makes it right. IPC does it and they do it on point toping it off with an in house biscuit that puts your average english muffin to shame. I would argue that ipc makes the best eggs benny in Canada. And thats a sincere truth.P.s. Pretty much everything else on the menu is amazing as well. Keep up the good work guys
Good place for breakfast. I’ve been looking for a place with a great traditional breakfast since I’ve moved to Regina, and this is it! Great value for your money and the food was just right. I’m not convinced that a chorizo sausage is a breakfast food item but I appreciate their effort to be different. Hash browns were awesome and unlimited. Service could be improved because several customers had to wait quite a while to pay their bills at the till, which encouraged us to leave cash on the table. However, service at the table was really good. Nice decor. We’ll be back!
