I ordered the brisket with the soup of the day & the soup stole the show it was a smoked chicken chowder nice creamy texture lots of potato & chicken seasoned perfectly. It was so good I ordered a second bowl the brisket on the other hand was alright little overcooked for my liking, was not dried out by any means, but when its cooked perfect it just melts in your mouth the bbq sauce was good just a little sweet for my liking.
We had a great time at this restaurant! Our server Joey was fantastic and the food was outstanding. An event that stood out to me and my family was that our server made special time to thank a group of on-duty policeman for their service. I am retiree with the RCMP and this stood out and I will be making sure I tell others about this location.There is a half price appetizers deal on Thursday. I recommend the bacon wrapped burnt ends, pulled pork quesadilla, and nacho crab dip.
