Brutal. Very low end establishment food was terrible, on the other hand the servers were great but the way the owner was treating them in front of the customers was terrible. I didn’t realize putting your staff down verbally was exceptable!!
My wife and I and her parents went there tonight. We both ordered the Prime rib. We had the worst meal we have had in years. The meat was extremely tough. I actually had to spit it out because I could not chew it enough to swallow it. My wife’s was the same. It actually seamed like it may have been cooked days before and just warmed in the microwave. Cold in the center . Definitely not a fresh roast . Backed potatoes were the same cold and old. We both sent our meals back. When the waitress brought the bill they still charged us for the meals we could not eat. No manager came to see what the problem was. We complained to the waitress that we should not be charged for meals the were not digestible . She left , came back and said she begged with management and they will take off the price if one meal. Wow, unbelievable poor performance. We will never return to this Resturant.
Bad. Just. Bad.. Went for a bite with family from out of town. We ordered drinks…. Took 20 min for 3 beer and a caesar …… We ordered a starter ….. That came with our main meal ….. Meal was not the best. Don’t know what is up with the sauce they use…tried getting another drink….. Forget it. …… And there were only 2more tables in the resultant side …. Never again ….Do not Eat here. Never. Again. Yuck
Will never go back again…. My hubby and I dined there last night.. I ordered the special – lasagna & ceasar salad, he ordered bacon mushroom pizza… I needed to ask for lemon wegdes and used 3 of them to spice up the salad.. very bland and some of the lettuce was brown. When our food arrived it was cold and the lasagna, I thought, tasted horrible. Not sure what sweet peppers? onions? were put in but it definately is not the meat lasagna variety I’m used to. When we got the bill – I had asked the server for the special lasagna who didn’t say that it WASN’T on special.. so instead of 12.99 was charged 17.99.. manager lady came over – turned the dinner menu sign over (someone mistakenly didn’t turn it to supper specials) told me it was a mistake. I said the sign was pointing out and the server failed to mention that it wasn’t on sale… she grudgingly said well I GUESS you get $5 off then.. like was it rocket science? In management you never argue with a client – you TRY to make them happy! Needless to say… hubby and I brought 3/4 of our food home. Management lady was rude and ignorant. Will never return to this place again. Just my thoughts….
I loved john’s place. The interior design is gorgeous. Exackly how i want me and my love’s future home. The food was great especially the Team Platter. John’s place is also very special to me and my man because the first time we went he propose to me there:D of course i said yes. The moment was perfect:)
I’ve had lunch here quite a bit. Always had great service and really good food for a decent price. I recommend if in north Regina
Greek salad is great! and the Ruben sandwich wasn’t bad either. I’ve been here twice and had the beef dip the first time which also quite good.
