Very impressed. We were told about this gluten free bakery and thought we’d check it out when we were in Regina. I was very impressed with all the choices and it smelled heavenly! The Hello Holly bars are delicious! I’m sure everything else I bought will be the same. Highly recommended!
I was surprised by the variety of food available here. I’m not GF but I popped in to get something for a friend and the food is delicious! I tried a cupcake and I was pleasantly surprised when it was delicious! Great job!
We stopped in on a whim and we were VERY excited to see all the delicious treats. I felt the pricing was in line for a GF bakery as all speciality items cost MUCH more to produce. The real excitement was the taste. I am not celiac so I was interested purely in taste. It was all very delicious – we had a brownie, scone, cupcake and pumpkin chai square. It was delicious – not delicious for GF. Just plain old delicious. As well, it’s super cute in there!!
It’s so good to have a real GF bakery. My spouse has been celiac for 15 years. A few years ago we found a great bakery in Cochrane and would stock up when were in Alberta. Then we found Big Star Bakery in Calgary. Same great recipes. Now we have the same great recipes here in Regina at Kneaded. As for price, all GF food is expensive, but this is no more than the mass produced GF baked goods with much better flavor and so much more like regular breads and sweets.
Products are good but very expensive.
