Place is going to sh#t..new management really rude and grouchy. Apparently they don’t give a rat’s ass about their customers at all. Food portions are on the decline since new management took place. Watch your drink’s on tab to..I’ve caught them little idiots trying to add on extra least 5 times now..not even am apology from management.. I’m done with this burn ..just a matter of time before that new assistant manager runs the place down the gutter.
TheLAST STRAW was so bad bad food bad service. We went there with a table of 10, Our food never came out until 1 hours later. The waitress never came to serve us and when we asked for refills on drinks or about our order she would get mad and stomp off. They never even offered a discount althought they forgot to put some of orders in. When asked for discount was told by manger and waitress they did not need our patronage their. It was not that busy of lunch and we were not rude to them anyway. MY ADIVCE skip it is a DUMP…!!
Delish. Went here for some drinks after hockey and some greasy pub food and that is just what we got!! The food was delicious the drinks were good and the prices are great.

Crap food. I ordered the French onion soup and is was so salty I didn’t eat it. The waitress got my drink wrong Time’s my date ordered boneless dry ribs that were the quality of a 4 $ freezer burned extra foods bag of cribs
Soooo disappointed!. June 14th . We had to sit a dirty table. Took 20mins for the waitress to acknowledge our table and clean it. Brought menus and got our drink order. 10 more mins to get our drinks then SERIOUSLY a half hour until she came back to take our food order. The booth beside us were her friends!! Wow did we pick the wrong night to check this place out!! Food was just alright after all the wait. Won’t be back just because of the awful service. Take off your 20% tip on your debit machine. That was an insult to us in the end.
Good pub food, reasonable prices. We’ve eaten at the Last Straw many times. What they charge for Rickard’s draft is robbery, but their own beer is good, especially the wheat ale. Burgers and pizza are very good, but avoid the boneless dry ribs. Service has always been very good. Busy and noisy on weekends. I’ve heard the Friday buffet lunch is excellent, but I haven’t tried it. It would have a nicer pub atmosphere if the carpets and seats were spruced up.
