I find this place really weird. The fact that there is a nail salon attached makes me feel kind of icky. The building smells like nail polish and solvent. Regardless, the soup is not that good. The broth is ok but the meat they use seems off…. funky tasting. I also find the service to be dreadful. There are much better places in Regina for Pho.
I wanted to do a good review on their pho soup, but its not that great. The broth is quite flavorless and the chicken was not of the highest quality. I might try one of their meals next time. The cost was $13.15 with tax for a small bowl
Excellent food and kid friendly, but service is a bit lacking. I’ve lived all over Canada and the pho is good here. They use good meat too. The springrolls/dumplings are handmade there too apparently. I would give it a 5 rating but it’s also the most expensive pho I’ve ever encountered. $14.50 for pho? $8 for spring rolls? $3.50 for a can of pop? That’s just way too much. I have never paid more than $10 for large pho anywhere else in Canada: Victoria, Calgary, Toronto. Quynh Vietnamese in Calgary charges $9.50 and half the price for spring rolls and their food is just as good, so I don’t understand the high prices at Pho Milu. Quynh is also always busy with three times the seating, and they never screw up your order, and they actually come back and ask you how your food is. Milu has one good server, Hannah, but the others are horrid. They ignore all requests and never check back with you. My wife asked for a coke 3 times last week. The young man couldn’t care less. My wife never got her coke. Well, not sure we’ll ever be back. I do like the place and their food, but I’m not paying prices like this for such bad service. I can make pho at home.
