Awful! It’s fast food pizza so I wasn’t expecting a lot. However!!! Waiting 2 hours for pizza??!!! Pathetic! And with all that no discount or even a credit?! Very bad customer service. And when we did get it-cold! Never again will I give them my business or money.
Enjoyed the pizza first few times then they majorly messed up our delivery making us wait about two hours to eat our food – we complained and the next time we called bc we wanted to use the credit they gave us, they were rude on phone and then our food was terrible quality (overlooked pizza, wings that seemed like they were old as were dried out then doused in a ton of sauce) very disappointed and don’t plan on ordering from there again.
