If I had to sum up the food in one word, it would be: GARBAGE! I ordered the dinner for 2 (chicken fried rice, 2 egg rolls, sweet and sour spare ribs, and chicken chow mein) and special foo young. The amount of food in the dinner for 2 is only enough for one person and overpriced. If you’re ordering from the menu posted on this website, add $5 to each dish because the prices aren’t accurate. The only item that was decent was the extremely greasy egg rolls. They were very flimsy rolls (not really crispy) and filled with veggies. The chicken chow mien was a container of bean sprouts, raw chunks of celery, topped with what looks like strips of sandwich meat. I think the cooks lost the memo that said that chow mien should have noodles. The few pieces of noodles I did find in my dish was dry, chewy and hard on the inside. The chicken chow mien was so disappointing and tasteless. The chicken fried rice was rice loaded with soy sauce, raw green onions and I think I found one piece of meat on my plate. All I can say about the sweet and sour pork ribs is that they were tasteless. The sauce didn’t have any flavour at all. Finally, the special egg foo young just tasted like a plain egg omelet in a pool of grease. Overall, this place had absolutely the WORST food I’ve ever tasted!
2017-05-31 Dinner: Ordered for pickup, and everything was quite good. The egg and spring rolls were a little on the dark side but tasted fine. They forgot shrimp in my Singapore Noodles and i have to say we have never had an order made 100% correct either. I do like that they use white meat for chicken dishes and they are almost completely MSG free on their menu now! Will be ordering again despite the consistent order mixup.
Great restaurant. Top quality food for reasonable prices, family owned establishment, have not utilized their delivery service but their pick up is always efficient and friendly. After trying several places this is the only place I choose to get my Chinese Food. Only feedback is i wish they operated on Tuesday( understand the reasoning fully after conversing with the staff, but when the craving hits you!)
