Maybe a bad day, but the time we tried this place, poor food for a very high price. I expect food trucks to be pricy at times…but I also expect decent amounts of food when paying $40 for 4 tacos and two pops. The meat was also tough, not well marinated. May be willing to try again, but no time soon.
Delicious. My husband and I found the Salsa Fresca truck last year and have been craving their tacos every week since. Almost every Saturday we are out looking for them and their delicious tacos. We almost always get the beef and cheese, topped with onion, cilantro, lime and both of their amazing salsas. The aqua fresca is so refreshing and clean tasting. I am so impressed that they are active on twitter and can be easily found. Can’t wait until they open a restaurant and I can get a craving fix no matter what day it comes on. Keep up the amazing work and keep serving the delicious food. As to the previous post about the plates – if you are worried about the presentation go spend twice as much for lower quality food somewhere else!
Excellent tacos; need to work on presentation. Was passing by one day and the truck did not look like much. I would not have stopped except they were handing out free samples and I am always up for a free sample of meat. To my surprise, it was delicious. I bought 4. We are talking real chunks of meat and NOT the ground variety that they sell at the taco chains. It was very authentic. The down side was the presentation. They serve their delicious tacos in run of the mill round paper plates that do not optimally fit the food. The plates make the food look less appealing. They need to come up with a better serving vessel. Presentation is extremely important.
