Decent Service Poor Quality. What can I say, service was decent, The rest was dissapointing. My food ….Not good. vegies were definately frozen and boiled for days im sure. Meat…. not good at all. very poor experience.. The only plus was the cold chocolate milk, It was $4 bucks a glass…Not going back. Hard to believe these guys are still in business..

Yuck.. I’ve only been to this Smitty’s twice in my entire life and both times the meals were absolutely disgusting. The first time I went I ordered a steak and eggs breakfast, the steak was COVERED in fat and it was still frozen in the middle:( The last time I was there (not my choice but I was with family), I ordered the chicken parmesan and it came out heaping with noodles with tomatoes on it (I would call it sauce, but i feel like sauce usually needs some sort of seasoning in it, I mean some salt would have even been somewhat better!) The cheese on top looked like it was melted in a microwave (which I’m assuming it’s because it probably was, given the fact that my chicken breast was rubbery)…Easily the worst meal of my life, and WAY overpriced for the quality. I will not be returning.
Good breakfast. The only thing i come here for is the breakfast and the only thing i eat is the eggs benedict.
Smitty’s At The Cornwall Mall. Great food! i was very happy with my meal. I ordered a chicken quesadila and I was impressed. There was melted cheese on top and chicken in almost every bite. My friend had a denver cheese sandwhich and he enjoyed his food too. He said it was very delicious. I’m happy I came here. Not a fancy place but my quesadila made me think twice! Order it. As far as service goes, it was just right. Our server always made sure our drinks were always topped up. It was quiet and very relaxing, definitely a place if you just want to enjoy a meal with a friend.
Smitty’s: Southland Mall. Horrible./The food:For lunch, the only thing I ordered was The Hay Stack, which is just 5 pancakes. FIVE pancakes! Why should it take over 20 minutes to flip 5 pancakes? I just asked for five spots of batter to be poured on a skillet, not a wedding cake or anything out of the ordinary. Another diner’s ham was drier than the stucco on my ceiling, the sunny side eggs were more rubbery than the underside of a hiker’s boot, and my pancakes were more dense than a lineup for a Twilight movie!/Service:The place wasn’t even close to being half full, so where was our server? They rarely came to wait on the table (yes, there was more than one and together they couldn’t do the job of a single person)./Overall:The tone of this review is bitter, but that is only because of the ridiculously poor service and food. Also, I apologize to all Twilight fans whom I may have offended during this rant.
