I haven’t had any bad experiences here. Their service has been very attentive. It’s hard to give a chain restaurant a food review, since the food is supposed to be the same across the board. The steaks are good, as you would expect.
Was here one night with two other girls, ordered drinks. The drinks, atmosphere and environment was good, the services was not.
Regina’s keg in specific is the worst! They do not respect their customers’ time. With over 75min wait and don’t take reservations, Keg is not that great. The only reason it is that busy is because the Regina ppl like bang for your buck…in respect to quantity.Sucks…that they are so greedy…only reason to justify why they aren’t taking reservation.Much rather go to Stoon’s keg when I am there
Not Impressed. First I would like to say something positive as I try to see the positive in everything!! The atmosphere and service is outstanding and that’s about all for positive. The portions are ridiculous and I am not a big person or have a large appetite but for the price you pay I think they could throw on a few more vegetables on the plate ( really..how much does a few peppers cost) and what steak house doesn’t include mushrooms? I ordered the 8oz filet medium well and it was at best medium rare, seriously this is suppose to be an upscale steak house and they can’t cook a steak medium well?
Love it. Love the new location. Friendly, fast service. Had an amazing pecan crusted steak with a twice baked potato, very yummy! Steak was perfectly cooked! Beautiful cheesecake dessert. This one’s a winner in my book and we’ll be back for more.
Stayed at the Holiday Inn for a couple nights so hopped over to the keg for some eats. Typical keg quality – good, and service was quick n friendly.
Pleasantly Surprised. I have been to the Keg before, but not this location. The previous times, I was underwhelmed. However, I found that the food, service and atmosphere at this location were excellent. Upon arriving, we had a twenty+ minute wait before getting a table. I expected that, since I didn’t have a reservation and it was around dinner time. Once seated, the server was very helpful and timely with bringing drinks/food to the table. Despite it being so busy, we were never waiting any long length of time for food. I had the Filet Classic with caesar salad. The salad had a nice, creamy caesar dressing and was a very generous size. The filet was delicious and cooked perfectly… the meat was very tender. The sauteed mushrooms were to die for, but I found the accompanying vegetables a little out of place. The mashed potatoes were just okay. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely go again.
