We were guests on a Tuesday evening when the restaurant was not terribly busy. We were treated like royalty. The setting and ambience of the restaurant were superb; a birthday celebration that made my wife feel very special indeed. I highly recommend the mushroom soup–different, but delicious. We both chose the steelhead trout which was perfect–moist and not at all overcooked. The veggies– different but delightful. Our waitress was excellent and answered all of our queries. She also suggested a wine pairing that would have been excellent had I not already previously ordered another. We had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend you make your reservation at the Willow. We will definitely be returning soon.Alain et Marilynne
Aww the Willow, one of the best restaurants in Regina…however I’ve been turned away due to private functions so many times I stopped trying to go back
Great food. Menu changes with the season so it’s always updated. Always have great specials. Been there for lunch and dinner. Summer it’s nice to sit out on the deck. Service is great and food is amazing.
Excellent local food in a beautiful prairie setting.. We frequent The Willow on Wascana on a monthly basis and are never disappointed with the food, service or view. It is the perfect place for a quiet romantic dinner for two, a lunch date with a friend on the patio in the summertime or a gathering of our theatre group before the show.We were also fortunate to attend a wedding reception there in July for a wonderful couple. Although it was pouring rain outside, the tents on the patio kept us dry, comfy and warm. The food was delicious, the restaurant section featured a wine/drinks cocktail area to start and a cupcake set-up after the meal. Fabulous and delicious! We love The Willow on Wascana, it is our go-to place!

A night out!!. The Willow was a lovely night out with I husband, from great service, beautiful view of the lake followed up with uniquely inspired meal options, did I mention the land chowder?!?Of course the biggest draw for us is the amazing wine selection served by people who actually know their wine!!
You can’t do this at home. A fellow foody friend of mine correctly thinks he cook as well at home as many restaurants. But even he admits, this can not be said of the Willow. The food is amazing from start to finish and always kicked up in a way that makes it special. It is a dining experience. On our last outing there we had bone marrow for the first time and it was great! Past favourites include chocolate-bacon brownies, braised ribs and steelhead trout.. You simply cannot go wrong eating, ‘er dining, here.
