Pizza was both gross tasting and grossly overpriced. $110 for two large pizzas ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The owners are thieves, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Pathetic service when picking up food this evening, one Asian guy in the front kept picking his nose while talking to other worker. When he saw me, without cleaning his hands grabbed my pizza and and try to pass me my receipt after payment, which I ignored. No greetings, no thanks. Pizza was already in the box but still matter of personal cleanliness. I am never coming back. pizza was okay. Nothing special what it was before.
What Ive noticed with pretty much all pizza joints is that people love the type of pizza they grew up with. I grew up in Regina and when see pizza with cheese below the toppings get real disgusted. Also, when I dont see a lot of cheese and plenty of sauce all the way to the edge of the pizza Im thinking its crap. Each pizza joint has different chefs … some are good, mediocre and some downright terrible, so you never know what you’re going to get.At Tumblers I would say its 50-50 — some pizzas are just fantastic, then you hit a bad one that really pisses you off .. like not cooked properly dough in middle, over cooked burned bottom, cheese only in the middle not out to the edges, not enough sauce kind of dry, too much crust, thick green peppers they are not cooked, tomato on top of the cheese (??)I think they should cut back on the dough by about 25%, have 50% more cheese, put more sauce. All the cheese on the top always.Have 3 free toppings per pizza – choose from this list: onions, green pepper, pineapple, mushroom, pickled jalapenos, black olives, spinach, extra sauce, fresh red tomatoes, banana peppersNo coke or donuts with the pizza, this is extra if wanted, cut the prices 35% focus on quantity. Have a weekly special .. like personal pizza 8 inch $10 on the weekends, tax included. 3 topping and 3 free toppings take your pick.$1.50 for fresh parmesan cheese,$2.50 large containerBurger Mondays: Double patty, bacon, double cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles if requested — fries & rings and small caesar salad — $10.00Wednesday — $8 lasagna .. add more sauce and put some cheese on the very bottom as well as the top !!
I’m a regular here and have been for the past 2 years. Best pizza in town.. Always my GO-TO! Highly recommend a pizza with back bacon and sausage toppings. This is the only pizza I ever get from them as its SO incredibly good I haven’t had the motivation to try anything else. 10/10 will be a customer for as long as I live in Regina.
Enjoy the pizza from here, and I’ve had several other dishes from this place such as pasta or salad as well. Pizza could use a bit more sauce. Usually pretty good portion size. I usually only go here if someone else suggests it.
There is no other pizza in the city nor in the province that matches the quality of their pizza pie. Ordered their pizza many times over the years. Also there is a decent lasagna and if hungry for a big burger, get the Baiton Burger, it’s a 3/4 pound size. To those that have rarely ventured beyond eating a thin pizza, either understand you are eating a real pizza of pie thickness, not a piece of crust with toppings sprinkled on it.
I’d been told by people at work that Tumblers has the best pizza in Regina, but I wasn’t impressed. First of all, they got my delivery order totally wrong. I had ordered two pizzas with two toppings each, and they delivered one pizza with all four toppings on that one pizza. They corrected their mistake to my satisfaction, but in the end, it wasn’t really worth the wait and the hassle, because the pizzas were tiny and very expensive for their size, and the flavour was only mediocre. I have had better pizza elsewhere and I don’t consider Tumblers an option for future orders.
