Happy to have finally visited this establishment. The interior is chic and trendy, but comfortable. Employees were helpful and willing to help speed up the ordering process. Wide selection of pastries and other baked goods. I had a black tea lemonade, which I enjoyed and a salted caramel butter bar that was good. Highlight was the chicken sandwich (I forgot to take a photo of it). Baguette was delicious and the chicken was high quality. Very good lunch.
Stopped in to grab macaroons. What a charming little place. Great place to have a quick bite or have coffee and dessert. The macaroons were delicious. Crisp in the outside wonderfully chewy inside. A bit on the pricy side. $28 bucks for 12 or individual pieces $2.50 each. But good for an occasional treat. I ate 5 oops. The pistachio and salted Carmel were my favourite. Would like to have lunch one day. The special was roasted red pepper soup with sandwich for $6 sounds fair to me. Will definitely come back.
Food is always perfect. Great place to catch aup with a friend over Lunch. Love their sweet treats esp macaroons:) Will definately visit soon
Lovely and charming addition to Riversdale, very friendly service with great attention to detail. My husband and I stopped in for tea and shared a pastry. Will have to try lunch sometime.
Been there yesterday, not too many choices. But there macaroons still the best in town! Smooth surface and delicate as a paper, crushing through into a soft crumb perfumed with fruit smell. And the most important thing is their macaroons not very sweet!
