I am a foodie and a very particular diner. The brunch at The Hollows is amazing. I could easily eat there every weekend. The beans and rice is the best dish I have ever eaten. Dinner there is next on my to do list. I think the Hollows is a definitely a place to visit in Saskatoon.
My absolute favourite breakfast place in the city. Anything you order off of the menu is FANTASTIC, but my personal favourite is the French toast. And they have a wonderful selection of cocktails and delicious homemade tea blends.
Is the stale grease and dust smell part of the attempted charm…? You used an old restaurant, cool. You kept everything original, including disgusting flooring, water stained ceilings, and dirty walls… not so much. Many of the portions are pathetic even for fine dining. Dont get the steak.
