Slow service. 20 mins to get us drinks. Small portions. Got charged 7$ for one pop with refill. Both times it had so much ice the coke was barely brown. Fries were bland, gravy was bad. Bartenders dropped glasses twice in the background. Waited 30mins trying to flag down a server and leave.
Browns is a regular spot for my husband and I. Service is friendly, food is consistently great and if something goes wrong, they fix it without question. I highly recommend this restaurant for a good, casual lunch, dinner or drinks. Recommend burgers, dragon rolls, wings, any of the bowls and house wines. Cheers!
Came here for lunch. Portions are very small. Ordered a chicken burger the tomato was thicker than the chicken breast (see attached photo). For $16-17 this is ridiculous!!! Want a salad instead of fries? Thats an extra charge. Would have been better off going to wendy’s. Could have gotten the exact same thing for less. Wont be back.
The ambience was great. Had been with a friend for some appetiazers and drinks. The cockatails we wordered were the smallest I have ever had in north america… Food was ok, quatity was ok, price was ok. Nothing stellar. Might return again one day, but nothing out of the way to look forward to
Love love love Browns, delicious food excellent service and a great atmosphere. Either for a family meal or a fun date night this is a perfect spot. Drinks are also yummy!
Delicious food and great atmosphere. Looks upscale and tastes it too. Staff was friendly and check up on us frequently. Only thing is I got situated under an air vent and had cold air blowing on me. This was the last week of October too. Brr!
Didn’t believe the bad reviews. Wow. No smiles. Not from bartender, servers, host, or manager. Tip; based on service = smile is the easiest way to get one.Small portions and beer selection limited. Okay but don’t go to any trouble coming here. Faux leather couches on covered patio… mmm.If patio is covered, surrounded by glass walls with heaters and couches is it really considered a patio. Hmm
