Terrible service. Terrible business. Dairy Queen has reached an all time low! My blizzard was as runny as milk. Girl who made it throws it on the counter as it splashes all over. I will not be supporting Dairy Queen ever again. That’s probably better for my health anyway.
Diary queen in Stonebridge. Okay, so I bought a pack of dilly bars tonight aND when I got home I decided to have one, took a couple bites and found a surprise inside… a huge piece of paper throughout the middle… makes me wonder what else is in these things… I called to complain and they said the best they can do is exchange the box… wow…
Avoid!. This DQ location used to be alright, but as of now it is AWFUL. The service is terrible. The workers were so slow when I went that about 10-15 people were waiting for their food which was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. Only after we all started to complain did the workers serve us. By the time I got my ice cream it was melted, and someone’s slush drink was a watery puddle. Skip this place and go to the DQ on 8th Street or College instead.
Slow service and ice cream soup. There is no leadership at this DQ and is very unorganized. Too bad it is in our area. Guess I will go to local yogurt shop next time.
Brutal service. Standing here waiting for my meal… so far 50% of the people picking up their order have had to ask for a corrected item or took what they say they didn’t really orderI asked for onion rings 20seconds after I paid (I was still getting my change) and was told it was told no
We have come here a few times. Food gas always been hot and freshly made.
Excellent lunch special. When working in the Stonebridge area, this is our regular lunch stop. Their $5 lunch special is a fantastic value. 1/3rd pound double cheeseburger, fries, and a bottomless drink. Staff is always helpful. One lady even remembers my special order on the burger. And by the time I fill my drink and sit down, it’s only seconds until the order arrives at the table. Maybe because they are cranking them out for lunch. It’s a really good burger too. Flame broiled and big. May be my fav burger of the big fast food places. Much better than Burger King’s flame broiled burgers for sure.The place is always spotless and the rest rooms are spotless as well, even though they are in demand from the trades working in the area.
