Fun atmosphere and decent food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. However seating isn’t great. Reserved a table and placed by door. FREEZING! Moved us to a booth which didnt accomdate our party of 5 adults very well. Would not have minded had we not made a reservation. Ripped seat covers. Oh well. Not the worst but not ideal either. Probably won’t return or recommend in future.
We had heard so many things about this establishment. We finally decided to stop in. We came moments before the lunch rush. We were seated quite quickly but waited for awhile before a server approached our table. There was a lengthy wait for food as well. The burgers were ok but not near all the hype. Ill try coming again as maybe it was an off day.
Nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff but there seemed to be alot of waitresses standing around…Burgers were good and they have nice gluten free buns (for $2 extra) but I could hardly see the chicken in my chicken sandwich, the fillet was so thin. For $15 I expected an actual fillet, not a slice of one. Good homemade fries and my husband said their coffee was good. We will likely be back.
I had heard great things about this place so I was excited to eat here. Reading the menu it seemed they had great options but I was disappointed with what I picked (Leader of the Pack burger-Cajun spiced chicken, black bean and corn salsa, avocado aioli and jalapeo cheese). It was very bland in flavour, I did not detect any Cajun in there, or aioli or jalapeo cheese… My husband had the Good Golly Miss Molly burger (sauted mushrooms, caramelized onions, cheese and chipotle BBQ sauce) and his was bland as well, the burger tasted out of a box, just tasteless. The fries were good at least!
This place is wonderful. My chicken sandwich ( forgot the name but it had bruschetta and mushrooms on it) was one of the best chicken sammys I’ve ever tried. The kids said their grilled cheese was best they’ve had and the fries, amazing. Service was great! Chef so friendly. Overall just a fantastic experience and those don’t happen too often. Will definitely be back
Took the family and relatives for dinner. Might have caught them on a bad day, it was busy, all we heard from the time we were seated to the time we left was how they had a large group coming in for a B’Day dinner. Food was just okay, service not so great. My first impression … I wish they’d spent as much time delivering great food as the time that went into coming up with cute names for the food. The second really doesn’t matter without the first.I’ll give it another chance and hope things go better but being busy and having a large group coming in for a B’Day is simply not an excuse for poor service and mediocre food. For what it is the pricing suggests it should have been better.
We gave this place a try with high hopes as we looked at the menu before coming and they all sounded interesting. We were greeted when we arrived but the service was just okay from there. I had the Mac and cheese with a burger . The macaroni and cheese was grainy as if it was a powdered cheese used which I expected more of a homemade taste to it. My boyfriend had the caddy burger and fries. His fries made me glad that I didn’t get any as they were greasy and sad looking. The burger was okay at best. It maybe was a bad day as there are some good reviews on here. Maybe we will give it a second try but this time we left disappointed .
